The Healthy Ergo does not ship outside the continental United States at this time.
Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO are not accepted.
Most orders will ship same day, however please allow one business day for processing. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
Shipping costs are based on UPS shipping charges. Some items cannot ship UPS. If your order contains an item which cannot ship UPS, you will be notified of any additional shipping charges before shipment, and your order will be shipped upon your approval of these charges.
Please verify that all information is correct before submitting your order. A $10.00 re-route fee will be charged should you need to submit a different delivery address once a package has been sent. Some items may be overpacked, and some orders may arrive in separate boxes. Please verify that your order is correct, complete and in acceptable condition before signing for receipt. HealthyErgo.com cannot be held responsible for any shipment that is damaged, or incomplete after you sign for receipt. Please note any discrepancies before signing for shipments.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from HealthyErgo.com. Please contact The Healthy Ergo Online for a return authorization number. Please include the return Authorization Number and a copy of the packing slip for a return or exchange. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable.
